    Today tried to buy a coffee and their 3 for 50c strudels and was told that the price is more than that because the have cream cheese in them.. So the bill would have been 4 something instead of 2.50 this is the 2nd time they tried to charge more for something than the sign shows. Also the teenagers/young adults were VERY rude and snotty and loudly back talking when i said no to paying more

    Speaking for the drive through only, the employees were very pleasant, so unusual as the employees in Chatham stores are too busy conversing with other employees, makes you feel like you are imposing on them. Keep up the good work !

    Consistent. In general I find cleanliness and wait time has deteriorated at TH.
